With the Vogue sewing pattern V8689, you can sew elegant, fitted women's shirts with professional finishing and numerous variation options. The five different models combine classic shirt elements with modern details and are suitable for the office, leisure, or a stylish everyday look.
The figure-hugging fit is emphasized by shaping princess seams. All variations feature a collar with a collar stand, a full button placket, and front and back yokes, ensuring an excellent fit. Flat-felled seams and narrow hems give the shirts a high-quality appearance.
Depending on the variation, you have different collar and sleeve options: from a modern stand-up collar (mandarin collar) to classic collar shapes, as well as short, three-quarter length, or long sleeves with button cuffs. Some models are additionally equipped with practical breast pockets, while variation E sets special design accents with a diagonal yoke, matching pockets, and cuffs. Side slits in selected variations provide more freedom of movement and a relaxed drape.
