Shipping policy
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Your order will be processed without delay and delivered to you as quickly as possible via GLS or Deutsche Post.
Orders for products marked with “plus shipping costs” will be charged an additional fee for postage, packaging, and handling.
(The applicable amount can be found in the tables below.)
The delivery address can be freely chosen, regardless of the billing address.
If not all items are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. You will be informed immediately in such cases. Any additional shipping costs incurred will, of course, be covered by us.
If, after receiving an order, we determine that the ordered goods or services are no longer available or cannot be delivered for legal reasons, Cremer GmbH & Co. KG may either offer goods or services of equivalent quality and price or withdraw from the contract. Any payments already received will be refunded to the customer immediately after withdrawal from the order.
If you have a preferred delivery date, please indicate this in the information/comment field when placing your order.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage immediately to the delivery service and contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to report damage or contact us does not affect your statutory warranty rights. However, timely notification helps us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.
