Feminine, comfortable, and versatile – with the Butterick sewing pattern B6941, you can sew modern knit dresses in three different lengths. The flattering V-neckline and sophisticated waistline create a feminine silhouette, while stretchy fabrics offer high wearing comfort.
A special eye-catcher is the wide waistband, where both the bodice and the skirt are softly gathered. This beautifully emphasizes the waist and simultaneously creates a flowing transition between the top and the skirt.
Variation A is sleeveless and is perfect as an airy summer dress or in combination with a jacket and cardigan. Variations B and C are made with 3/4-sleeves, making them ideal companions for spring, autumn, and cooler days.
Three different dress lengths offer additional design freedom. Depending on the fabric, length, and styling, you can create an uncomplicated everyday dress, a comfortable business outfit, or a feminine look for special occasions.
